| Oxford Alumni Weekend Branch Officers' Event |
Dear Branch Officers,
As you may know, we are holding a special event for all alumni branch officers and group contacts over the University of Oxford Alumni Weekend on Friday 24th September. This will take place from 11am until 1.40pm in the Oxford Town Hall and full details of the programme are listed below. If you would like to attend, please get in touch and let me know.
A reminder also that if you have not already signed up to the Alumni Weekend sessions with a free branch pass (can be used by the Secretary or another nominated branch member), you will need to do this by Monday 6th September when all booking for the weekend closes but do remember that sessions book up quickly, so there are limited places available. All registration packs for the Alumni Weekend will be issued at the Saïd Business School, so if you have booked for Alumni Weekend sessions you will need to collect your pack from there.
As you may know, Nancy Kenny is due to retire at the end of September and I know that many of you will want to wish her well. Therefore we will have available at the Branch Officers' Lunch a book in which you can write a message to Nancy from the branch, which we will present to her on her retirement. Those branches and groups who are not able to attend the lunch are invited to post or fax to me a short hand-written message on a piece of paper, which we can scan and incorporate into the book, or email a message that we include in the book on your behalf.
I hope to meet some of you at the lunch and please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any queries in the meantime.
